Our Warranty

The LCD Recycling Centre operate a no quibble 12 month warranty for the majority of the products that we sell. Some procucts will have a 90 day warranty. Your receipt will show the warranty we provide for the product that you have purchased.

Our warranty excludes:

• Malicious, misuse or accidental damage including physical damage or liquid damage
• Issues which have no correlation to the product or service purchased
• Products where the void label has been removed.
• Issues relating to manufacturer faults, including software issues, malware issues and viruses.
• Liquid damaged products

If the nature of the fault falls outside the terms of your warranty or guarantee, then you may incur a charge for the return postage of any other associated cost. We will advise you prior to returning your item if your warranty claim is accepted or not. Any associated cost for replacement will be relayed to you at this time.

Once an issue/fault with our repair work has been reported to us we must receive your item within 10 working days otherwise your claim may be invalidated. LCD Recycling Centre will accept no liability for issues which have been reported to us then become worst overtime due to the customers inability to follow the above guidelines.

Exercising your warranty does not renew your warranty period and this will always remain as the original date of your initial or first purchase

It is important that you keep up to date with our warranty terms as these can be changed anytime and without notice.
